WoW Midnight: Aqir Invasions are gone from the 12.1.7 PTR
Aqir Invasions have vanished from the 12.1.7 test server, their rewards cost more there and 4 achievements look set to end.

Aqir Invasions, one of the main features of patch 12.1.5, look like a limited-time activity. They are no longer available on the PTR, Blizzard's public test server, for patch 12.1.7. That matches an optional line from the rewards vendor Matildeux Osril, who hints that the invasions will stop and that the Renown catch-up will go with them.
The cosmetic rewards stay on sale, but on the PTR they cost more and no longer need reputation. Buying one of everything costs 11,700 Voidlight Marl today at Exalted and 16,900 after the change. The Corrupted Swarmer mount and the toy Curse of the Aqir each go from 2500 to 3500, and the Aqir Razorwing pet from 2000 to 3000.
So the choice is reputation or currency. Anyone who wants the cheaper prices has to earn the reputation before the patch, and anyone who prefers to skip the grind can pay more later. What cannot be bought afterwards are the 4 achievements, which are Feats of Strength, and the Bane of the Swarm title.
This is one report built on PTR data and a vendor line. Blizzard has not confirmed it or announced an end date, and things can still change before 12.1.7 goes live. Some of these prices first showed up in our report on 12.1.7 decor costs.
