WoW Forever: a paladin cloak only Alliance can earn
A quest chain from Season of Discovery is back on the beta and ends in a paladin cloak, but Horde paladins cannot start it at all.

Class quests from Season of Discovery are returning in WoW: Forever — Blizzard said as much in an interview after BlizzCon — and players have now found some of them on the beta. The paladin chain that used to hand over the Divine Storm rune ends in something else this time: Cloak of the Divine Storm.
It starts in northern Darkshore, on top of the Tower of Althalaxx, where a strange orb left on the stones begins A Strange Artifact. That sends you to Delgren the Purifier in Ashenvale, Delgren sends you to Katherine the Pure in Stormwind, and she sends you on to a hidden sect of warlocks in the Mage Quarter.
The rest is legwork. 14 Summoner's Salt from the Blackrock orcs of Redridge, then 12 Mote of Mannoroth from the demons of Demon Fall Canyon in Ashenvale, then a spear standing in that canyon, which shatters the orb and sends you back to Delgren with the fragments.
Horde paladins are left out for now, because only Alliance characters can take the chain at all. Blizzard has said it does not feel the need for exact parity between the factions, so this could be deliberate. Paladin weapons on both sides have been changed again and again through the beta, though, which makes an oversight just as likely.
