WoW Forever: The Attack! quest no longer means long waits
The Alliance quest on the way to the Seal of Wrynn adds a ready check and can be picked up and shared while its event is running.

The Attack!, the well-known Alliance quest, has been reworked in WoW Forever to cut frustration and downtime.
In Classic, starting the quest triggered its event straight away, and only party members standing nearby could accept it with you. Forever adds an extra dialogue option after you start, so you can make sure everyone in the party is ready.
You can now also pick up the quest and share it while the event is running. In Classic anyone who wanted to do it had to wait for the event to finish before they and their party could start, which often meant long queues at this point in the chain. Groups with room can now add more players, and anyone can take the quest during the event.
For Alliance players, that means far less waiting for the Seal of Wrynn on the way up through the levels.
This comes from one report so far, and Blizzard has not announced the change. Not every quest has been this smooth at launch: 3 escort quests can fail at zone borders.
