WoW Forever: Wetlands dungeon rewards drop to green
The quest rewards from Excavation Site: Wetlands have lost their rare quality and a slice of their stats in the newest beta build.

The quest rewards from the Excavation Site: Wetlands dungeon have been cut in the latest WoW: Forever beta build. Most of them fall from rare to uncommon, and the stats come down with the colour. The dungeon arrived with last week's build alongside the level 30 cap and drew a crowd, so this lands squarely on the content people are running right now.
The axe Hornbeam Heft shows the shape of it: 36 to 67 damage before, 19 to 36 now, with its spread of strength, stamina and spirit traded for strength and a spell damage bonus. The two-handed mace Ironwood Destroyer goes from 75 to 114 damage down to 60 to 91 and gives up its attack power for nature spell damage. Rings, bracers, belts and necks all take trims of the same kind.
A couple of pieces kept their quality and only had their stats shuffled, so this is not a blanket cut of everything the dungeon hands out. The quests are still worth running for the experience alone, and for many characters the rewards remain an upgrade on what they are wearing.
Nothing here has been announced. It is read out of the beta files, and Blizzard can move any of these numbers again before Forever opens on 4 November.
