Blizzard has opened its Fall Savings sale for modern WoW and Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary. It runs until 2 November; the fine print gives the end as 17:00 GMT on 3 November, so buying by 2 November is the safe reading.

Midnight itself is 50% off in all 3 editions: Base, Heroic and Epic. Every edition includes an Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost and access to Housing. A separate Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost is 33% off; it lifts one character to level 80 with item level 102 gear, 4 bags of 30 slots, a 32-slot reagent bag and 5 dragon mounts with Skyriding.

Name Changes, Race Changes, Faction Change Packs and Paid Character Transfers in Midnight are up to 30% cheaper. Blizzard repeats that characters cannot be moved between WoW, WoW Forever and WoW Classic, so a transfer bought now stays inside modern WoW.

The shop side covers modern WoW only. The Cozy Kobold Collection, 4 candlelit rompers sold as one bundle or piece by piece, and Lana'thel's Crimson Couture, an 8-piece set, are both 30% off, and the Heavenly Regalia Pack with its 2 colour variants is 40% off. The Rexxar pack that arrived on 19 October is not on the list.

For Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary, the Level 58 Character Boost is 33% off and a Classic Name Change is 30% off. The boost only works on Anniversary realm characters and on the game account it was bought for or redeemed on as a gift.
