WoW Midnight: a Greench sweatsuit and Pepe decor on the PTR
Patch 12.1.7 on the PTR adds a red and green sweatsuit outfit and a festive Pepe decoration, both likely meant for the Feast of Winter Veil.

Two new festive items have turned up in patch 12.1.7 on the PTR, Blizzard's public test server, and both look like they belong to the Feast of Winter Veil. The first is a transmog outfit, Ensemble: Red-and-Greench Sweatsuit: a red and green sweatshirt with a large face on the front and matching green trousers, an obvious nod to the Greench who turns up every winter. The outfit is bound to your Warband, so every character on the account can use its appearance.
The second is a piece of housing decor, Greatfeather Pepe. It is the little bird Pepe dressed for the holidays, with a Christmas hat, a white beard and a gift. The preview of the decoration mentions Ironforge and Orgrimmar, which hints that it will come from somewhere in the two capitals where the festival is celebrated, but how either item is earned has not been revealed yet.
They follow the Winter Veil tree defence for neighbourhoods that was found in the same patch, and together they suggest the festival will lean heavily on housing this year. For now the link to Winter Veil is a guess based on the look of the items.
This is a single report based on what appeared on the PTR, and Blizzard has not announced either item. Names, sources and details can still change before patch 12.1.7 goes live, and Blizzard has not given a release date for it.
