WoW Forever: all 16 Legacy Points unlocked on the beta
Blizzard has handed every beta character the whole Legacy tree to play with, and cut the cost of changing your mind to 1 silver.

The Legacy System is new to WoW: Forever, and it sits on the account rather than on one character. As you finish certain objectives, points open up in a talent tree whose branches cover professions, adventuring and resourcefulness, and whatever you spend them on applies to every character you own. The ceiling is 16 points.
With the latest beta build Blizzard has granted every beta player completion of the Legacy Challenge, which hands over all 16 points at once. The reason given is testing: the team wants people to try the whole tree now rather than unlock it a point at a time, with the game opening in under a month.
Changing your mind has been made cheap for the same reason. The lowest-cost re-spec of Legacy Points now costs 1 silver, and the cost steps back down by one re-spec every hour. Blizzard notes that this mirrors how class talent re-spec costs work and that it applies during the beta only, so the price on live realms will not be this.
The same build raised the experience from killing things in dungeons by about 20% and opened the City of Dalaran dungeon for testing. Forever opens on 4 November.
