WoW Forever: Nvidia ships launch driver 621.14 for GeForce cards
Hours before the servers open, Nvidia has released a Game Ready driver with optimisations for WoW Forever. Nothing says you need it to play.

Nvidia released Game Ready driver 621.14 on 4 November, a few hours before WoW Forever opens. The company says it includes optimisations and enhancements for the game on GeForce RTX and RTX Spark systems. In Europe the servers open at midnight Central European Time, so there is still time to install it first.
The driver is available from the Nvidia app or the Nvidia website, and the download is around 800 MB. Nvidia has not said what the optimisations change or how much difference they make, and its announcement gives no performance figures for the game.
Nothing in the announcement says the driver is required to play. It is aimed at anyone who wants the best experience at launch, and the game's own graphics card requirements are a separate matter.
The same release also covers DOOM: The Dark Ages and its new Slaughter Mode, and adds DLSS 5 to Hogwarts Legacy and War Thunder.
