WoW Forever: launch music video WARPATH is out
Blizzard has released WARPATH, an animated music video for the launch of WoW Forever, set to End of You by Poppy, Amy Lee and Courtney LaPlante.
Blizzard released WARPATH on 27 October, an animated music video made to mark the launch of WoW Forever. It went up on the official Warcraft channel on YouTube a week before the game opens, under the line "Alliance. Horde. War."
The video was made with Brunch Studio. Its soundtrack is End of You, performed by Poppy, Amy Lee and Courtney LaPlante, and is used courtesy of Sumerian Records under licence from Virgin Music Group.
WARPATH is the latest in a run of launch videos for WoW Forever, after the short story Unbowed about the Forsaken crusader Cormack. Blizzard's caption asks players to rally their party and brave the wilds, and repeats that WoW Forever is played with a World of Warcraft subscription or game time.
WoW Forever opens on 4 November. In Europe that is 23:00 London time, which is midnight on 5 November in Central Europe.
