WoW Midnight: 3 known issues as 12.1.5 goes live
Two pieces of housing decor behave badly and an old war campaign can start nagging warbands again. Blizzard also wants your addons updated.
The 12.1.5 content update is live in the Americas, and Blizzard has posted the list of what it already knows is broken before European realms get it. It is a short list by patch-day standards: 3 entries, 2 of them in housing.
The decor pair are opposites of each other. The Large Karabor Fountain has collision switched on inside its own water, which it should not have, so the fountain you can stand in now stops you. The Anima-Powered Kyrian Oven has no collision at all, so it stops nothing.
The third one reaches back years. Breadcrumb quests for the Battle for Azeroth war campaign can pop up again on a character once its Legion and Battle for Azeroth reputations have been converted and shared across the warband, which is exactly the sort of thing a reputation change does when it touches content nobody has run in a while.
Blizzard also repeats the patch-day line about addons: update them before you blame the game. European realms go down for the 8 hour window at 03:00 CEST this morning and come back with the update installed, a day after the Americas got it.
