WoW Midnight: Scarecrow Pepe decor for an old Hallow's End feat
An old Garrison achievement now rewards a Scarecrow Pepe decoration, and players who earned it years ago get the decor automatically.
Hallow's End 2026 gives an old achievement a new reward. A Frightening Friend now grants Scarecrow Pepe, a housing decoration of Pepe the bird dressed up for the holiday. If you already have the achievement, the decor is added retroactively; if you don't, you can only earn it while the event runs.
The achievement needs a level 3 Garrison from Warlords of Draenor. Go to the graveyard of your Garrison, at 71.2, 90.3 in the Horde Garrison of Frostwall or 40.5, 70.2 in the Alliance Garrison of Lunarfall, and look for Pepe sitting on top of a gravestone. Click him to earn the achievement and the decoration.
This comes from a single report so far, and Blizzard has not announced the change itself. It is a small extra on top of this year's event, which brings Hallow's End into neighbourhoods with themed dailies and candy trading until 2 November.
