WoW Midnight: Ula'tek nerfs go live on every difficulty
The promised cuts to the last boss of The Venomous Abyss are on live servers, and 2 mechanics now pick fewer players than before.

The nerfs to Ula'tek are live. Blizzard confirmed on its forums on 6 November that the changes have been pushed to live servers and said they would join the hotfix list later that day. They were the last open part of the wide round of nerfs to The Venomous Abyss announced a day earlier.
The notes were vague on 2 mechanics, and game data now gives the numbers. Serpent's Bite picks 2 players instead of 3 on all difficulties, and Grasping Fangs picks 2 instead of 3 on Normal and Heroic.
The rest matches the announcement. Ula'tek has 15% less health on Heroic, Unchecked Rage deals 61% less damage on all difficulties, and the damage over time from Caustic Waves falls by 75% on Normal, 61% on Heroic and 89% on Mythic. Its impact damage drops by 17% on Heroic and Mythic.
Other abilities are softer too. Virulent Spit and Falling Debris deal 46% less damage on Raid Finder, 33% less on Normal and Heroic and 36% less on Mythic. Viscous Echoes loses 53% of its impact damage and 25% of its damage over time on all difficulties, and Call of the Serpent summons fewer eggs on Normal and Heroic.
